What is in a material?
A set of images a renderer reads together: base colour, a normal map for the bumps, roughness for how glossy it is, usually displacement and sometimes metallic and ambient occlusion. Blender, Unity, Unreal and three.js all take the same set. Each one here is seamless, so it tiles across a floor or a wall without a visible edge.
Can I use these textures commercially?
Yes. Everything listed is CC0: use it anywhere, change it, no attribution. Each material links to its home, where the download is at the resolutions the source offers.
What if nothing fits?
