Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and 3D Valley (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

The service

3D Valley offers free tools to make, fix, check and convert 3D models and textures, and a library of free 3D models and textures from other sites. There are no accounts or paid plans yet. The free tools, and how much free GPU time they get, may change or pause at any time.

Your files, and what you make

The files you open stay yours, and we claim no rights to them or to what you make with the tools. You may use your results for anything, including commercially, as far as the law and these terms allow. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload or describe, and for checking a result before you rely on it.

Results from the generators are made by machine learning models. They are not unique to you: someone else may get something similar. The models and textures in the library are CC0 from Poly Haven, ambientCG and Sketchfab, and are downloaded from those sites.

What you may not do

• Make sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal where you are.
• Make content that exists to harass, deceive or impersonate a real person.
• Upload or describe material you do not have the rights to use.
• Run automated traffic against the tools, resell access to them, get around their limits, or attack the site.

What we do not promise

The site and everything it makes are provided as is, without warranty of any kind: a result may be wrong, unprintable or unfit for your purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using the site or its results, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us, which for the free tools is nothing.

If something on this site infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with a link to it and we will act on it.

Law, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived. When we add accounts or paid plans, their terms will be added here before they launch. The date at the top shows the last change.
