Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and 3D Valley (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

The service

3D Valley offers tools to make, fix, check and convert 3D models and textures, and a library of free 3D models and textures from other sites. Every tool is free to use without an account. The tools that need a GPU have a daily free limit; beyond it they can be run with credits. The free tools, and how much free GPU time they get, may change or pause at any time.

Accounts

An account is only needed to buy and use credits. You sign in with a code sent to your email address, or with Google or GitHub. Keep access to that email or sign-in safe: whoever can sign in can spend the credits. One person, one account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Credits and payment

Credits are bought in one-time purchases; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are handled by Stripe. The pricing page shows what each purchase gives and what each run costs. Credits are valid for twelve months from your last purchase: every purchase starts the twelve months again for your whole balance, and credits left when they end are removed. They are not money: they cannot be paid out, transferred or sold, and they are only good for runs on this site.

A run takes its credits when it starts. If the run fails, the credits come back to your balance automatically. The cost of a run may change, and tools or engines may be added or removed; credits you already bought stay yours.

What you make with credits is kept so you can download it again from your account. We may delete files older than twelve months, so keep your own copy of anything you need.

Refunds

Credits you have not used are refunded on request within 14 days of the purchase, to the payment method you used: write to [email protected] from the email address of your account. Credits already spent on runs are not refunded, apart from failed runs, which are returned automatically. If a refund is made, the refunded credits are removed from your balance. Where the law where you live gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, this is how it applies here: using credits starts the service at your request, and the unused part stays refundable for those 14 days.

Your files, and what you make

The files you open stay yours, and we claim no rights to them or to what you make with the tools. You may use your results for anything, including commercially, as far as the law and these terms allow. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload or describe, and for checking a result before you rely on it.

Results from the generators are made by machine learning models. They are not unique to you: someone else may get something similar. The models and textures in the library are CC0 from Poly Haven, ambientCG and Sketchfab, and are downloaded from those sites.

What you may not do

• Make sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal where you are.
• Make content that exists to harass, deceive or impersonate a real person.
• Upload or describe material you do not have the rights to use.
• Run automated traffic against the tools, resell access to them, get around their limits, or attack the site.

What we do not promise

The site and everything it makes are provided as is, without warranty of any kind: a result may be wrong, unprintable or unfit for your purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using the site or its results, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for the free tools is nothing.

If something on this site infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with a link to it and we will act on it.

Law, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the last change, and a change never shortens the validity of credits you already bought.
